Chrissy Teigen has apologized for sending toxic text messages to 16-year-old Courtney Stodden several years ago. But the apology did not save Chrissy from the backlash from her sponsors.
Based on the reports, it appears Target and Macy are pulling out of Chrissy. Target has removed Chrissy’s “Cravings” items from their website, and Macy’s has also cut back their items and will soon sell them for half price.

“Not many people are lucky enough to be held accountable for all their bullshit passed in front of the whole world,” wrote the model / chef. “I am mortified and sad for who I was.”
She added, “I was an insecure, attention-seeking troll. I’m ashamed and completely embarrassed about my behavior, but it’s… nothing compared to how I made Courtney feel.

Model Courtney Stodden alleges Chrissy Teigen slipped into her DMs to tell her to kill herself when she was just a minor, 16.
Courtney, now 26, became a headline 10 years ago when she married 50-year-old actor Doug Hutchison and many celebrities, including Chrissy, targeted her with their venom.
Looking back, she also alleges that her then-husband started grooming her when she was 15.
“He told me everything a young girl would want to hear from someone she craves for love, and when I got married to him he changed. And he knew he had me where he wanted me because he’s a master groomer, ”told The Daily Beast.
